WHAT DOES CATALYSER DO?
For companies, corporate social responsibility programs are a key driver for brand and reputation management, employee engagement and building customer trust. With the global tightening of regulation for sustainability and ESG reporting drives, the market was primed for a SaaS solution for CSR and employee giving which integrates with core HR software. Catalyser is a white-label solution for companies to manage all aspects of their corporate CSR programs.
Choosing from ten giving modules, a company can design a custom platform using their own charity partners and causes as well as to measure and report on engagement and impact. The employee is empowered to volunteer, donate, fundraise, access rewards, do pro bono projects and more, all while measuring the personal and collective company social impact.

Scalare has a long-standing relationship with Co-Founders and Co-CEOs Angela Kwan and Aivee Robinson and have great confidence in the team. As Co-CEOs Angela and Aivee will be the driving force behind the Marketing, Growth and Sales, while the General Manager Martin Lo, will manage the expansion of the team and the broader business operations.
